Research Opportunity

 I am so excited we got IRB approval (the ethics board) for our research!! We spent several years researching and creating this assessment and now we are ready to do our own research to prove it's effectiveness!

We are excited to launch the opportunity! We are looking for 3-4 participants.

Criteria for participation:

1. not currently getting ABA services

2. ages 16+ with a developmental disability

3. full conversation skills

4. able to practice skills over video chat without additional support

5. working toward vocational and independent living

6. able to commit to 3 hours per week for 8 weeks

The purpose of the study is to prove the effectiveness of the STAR assessment for developing adult independent living skills. Participation will be free of charge and no additional compensation will be given. This study will be done 100% over video chat. No in person participation is required.
