Side Effects of Stress


Stress doesn’t always come out as an emotion. We often stuff the emotions and then it finds a way to surface elsewhere. Dealing with our stress in a healthy manner is vital to our health. Talking about it, drawing pictures, journaling, eating healthy and exercising can help reduce stress.  If you aren’t sure whether or not you are processing your stressors look at the signs and symptoms below.

1.  Frequent headaches, jaw clenching or
     pain

  4. I am glad that you did the research and found these side effects of stress. Aside from these side effects of stress there are as well stress related illnesses. Among the ordinary ones are infertility, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, ulcer, hyperthyroidism, and also tooth and gum disease. These health conditions are just another set of reasons why we need to get divest of stress the soonest time possible.
